Pilates Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles - including barre, yoga, strength training, cardio, and dance - to give a modern twist to mat pilates. Similar to mat pilates, this style has a deep focus on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles. For a great interval workout that includes weights, stability ball, sliding work, pilates mat work, bands, and much more to tone, strengthen, and get heart rate up.

A non-impact workout in the swimming pool, great for toning and improving cardiovascular endurance. Buoys, resistance cuffs and/or noodles will be used to increase resistance. Aqua Fit is cardio, core strength, & strength taken to the water- for all levels!
Classes are offered Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 8:00am-9:00am.

Wyld is a dance and meditation practice focusing on connection to self and building community. Wyld connects body, mind, and soul. From its beginning in 2009, Wyld has offered a safe and fun place for people of all ages to find freedom and joy in their bodies. In this hour-long dance and meditation class, our trained instructors will guide you through finding a connection with yourself and others. Together, we will create an authentic space for playfulness, growth, and connection.
Wyld is a raw, honest, and inclusive place to let go, be free, and find happiness. You don’t have to be anyone or anything other than yourself when you attend one of our classes. Prepare yourself to burn 350 to 700 calories and hit 7,000 steps when completing just one class.
We know that investing in yourself is the safest bet you can make, and we’re here to help you make that investment. Don’t be afraid of the Wyld. Wyld is for everyone at any stage of life. You can never outgrow the space or be too novice to join. Prepare yourself to keep coming back for more, not only will you feel good in your body when you’re in one of our classes, you are guaranteed to have fun too.

The intent of Yoga is to increase the mind body connection through breathing, stretching, and strengthening. We also increase our focus and endurance by holding poses. Yoga can also be a great place to relax and restore.
Classes are offered Mondays from 10:35am-11:35am, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:35am-10:35am, Wednesdays from 6:00am-7:00am, and Saturdays from 9:45am-10:45am
