    Boot Camp

    Boot Camp combines the best of cardiovascular and strength training. We have access to a variety gym toys that allow for fun, challenging and unique workouts. Our goal is to provide each participant a whole-body workout that builds strength and endurance.

    Aqua Zumba

    Aqua Zumba brings both together in one awesome pool party! Structured like a standard Zumba class, Aqua Zumba entails dancing to motivational music with unique dance moves and combinations—except it's in water.

    Pilates

    Pilates Fusion incorporates exercises from different workout styles - including barre, yoga, strength training, cardio, and dance - to give a modern twist to mat pilates. Similar to mat pilates, this style has a deep focus on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch, and elongate muscles. For a great interval workout that includes weights, stability ball, sliding work, pilates mat work, bands, and much more to tone, strengthen, and get heart rate up.

    Silver Sneakers

    Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers(tm) ball are offered for resistance. This can be performed from a seated and/or standing position. The class is customized to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance, coordination and improve participants' functional capacities, physical fitness level and sense of well being. All levels welcome!

Along with being a way of life, it is also considered a practical science with five principles forming its core:
  • Proper Exercises (Asanas)
  • Proper Breathing (Pranayama)
  • Proper Relaxation.
  • Proper Diet and Nutrition.
  • Meditation and Positive thinking.

The intent of Yoga is to increase the mind body connection through breathing, stretching, and strengthening. We also increase our focus and endurance by holding poses. Yoga can also be a great place to relax and restore.

  • Proper Breathing (Pranayama)
  • Proper Relaxation.
  • Proper Diet and Nutrition.
  • Meditation and Positive thinking.

The intent of Yoga is to increase the mind body connection through breathing, stretching, and strengthening. We also increase our focus and endurance by holding poses. Yoga can also be a great place to relax and restore.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers(tm) ball are offered for resistance. This can be performed from a seated and/or standing position. The class is customized to increase strength, range of movement, agility, balance, coordination and improve participants' functional capacities, physical fitness level and sense of well being. All levels welcome!

From its beginning in 2009, Wyld has offered a safe and fun place for people of all ages to find freedom and joy in their bodies. In this hour-long dance and meditation class, our trained instructors will guide you through finding a connection with yourself and others. Together, we will create an authentic space for playfulness, growth, and connection.

Wyld is a raw, honest, and inclusive place to let go, be free, and find happiness. You don’t have to be anyone or anything other than yourself when you attend one of our classes. Prepare yourself to burn 350 to 700 calories and hit 7,000 steps when completing just one class.
